This camera is a great value. It feels solid and water right. According to the seller It has a Sony lens. The night vision quality is great (it has a built in day/night light sensor).
The overall picture quality is great on my dash monitor.
Easy to install and fully adjustable angles that you can securely lick down in place.
Customer service was responsive at first, when I had cable questions, but she did give me wrong information and then never answered back, via email. I just researched it for myself before buying what I needed.
That being said it doesn’t come with extra cable if you’re doing a whole new install Like I did. I have a 28’ 5th wheel so I needed 30’ of 4 pin “aviation” video cable, and also an adapter to get that to RCA video, with 12v power in to the camera. These cables are readily available on Amazon.

This is my second trailer camera system, the first was awful. This set up does exactly what I want. I haul horses and like to watch them on camera, but struggled with a wireless system.
This setup has a great picture, displays the interior camera and as soon as I go into reverse it switches to the outside rear camera.
My only suggestion would be to offer different cords or at least outline exactly what type of plugs they are. I think they are 4 pin 13mm aviation plugs, but until I receive the ones I ordered I can't match it up, to be sure.
I just ordered 2 more cameras to setup another trailer, they are cheap to buy and work great.

Installed easily enough. Worked fine for two weeks and then the monitor started intermittently shutting off and coming back on. Checked wiring - all good. Noticed at 40-45 days that none of the buttons on the monitor worked anymore, but picture stayed on. Tried remote; didn't work at all. Finally monitor died for good, at 60 days of use, 30 days after amazon's return window closed. At least I'm only out $100 plus my time. I'll order a system through another vendor.
Update: Manufacturer followed up and offered a replacement monitor. Installed and all is working fine. I understand that every manufacturer can have an issue with anything, so their standing behind the product is worth mentioning.
Will update again if there are further problems.
PS: Tried to contact Dallux through the published Dallux.net site, but the website search times out. There is a Dallux.com that can be accessed by typing directly to the address bar, but the only access is via Skype, their sales e-mail, or calling China directly.

I installed the system at night so when I turned it on the picture was black and white even under the lights. The next morning it was crystal clear color which I am happy with. It seems that it loses color when in night mode.

I bought this to replace an older camera in my motorhome. Since there was already a 5 circuit coax installed (and very difficult to replace), I decided that I would reuse my existing coax cord, and simply cut the plugs off and splice the wires onto the new plugs that came with this unit. As seen in the description and pictures, they make a very big deal about this being a "4 Pin Connector" and "4 Pin Cable". THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The plug that you get does indeed have 4 pins when you look at it, however when I cut the connector off I found that there are only 3 wires inside of the cable itself - I've included a picture that shows 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 black. Therefore one of those 4 pins is just dead and connects to nothing inside. I had first only cut the ends off of the long coax cable that is included with the unit, but after discovering this I decided to go ahead and cut the connector off of the monitor side as well to see if perhaps it was just the coax extension missing the 4th wire - it was not. As you can see in my second picture, there are only 3-wires inside of the monitor cable as well - 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 ground. Yet there are 4 pins on the connector. I can not imagine why there would be a 4-pin connector on a 3-wire coax other than to try and deceive buyers. Business practices seen all too often from Chinese manufacturers. I did go ahead and install the system since I knew that I could not return it having cut the wires. It has a pretty decent image during the day but I did have to mess with the settings quite a bit - for example I tow a red Jeep behind my motorhome, it appears purple on the screen unless I turn the color setting all the way to the max. Night time vision is non-existent. I have also included a picture of how it looks at night - just a washed out white screen is the best you can get from it. I have to just turn it off while driving at night because the washed out bright white screen blinds me. Overall, this item is not at all as described and more troubling that it is falsely advertised. Do yourself a favor - steer clear, spend a little more and get something better.

Deceptive description and terrible at night

I bought this system to upgrade the backup/rear view system in my motorhome. The Voyager system that came in the motorhome was black and white, and had developed some problems recently. The Dallux system is much less expensive than the Voyager system, has a larger monitor, is in color, and the definition is much better. Like the Voyager, it provides for the capability of a second camera input, and the camera that came with it provides night vision capability. It also comes with a remote control, which is nice because of where I located the monitor. The system was easy to install, and I'm totally pleased. I highly recommend this product. Also, the vendor has been fantastic with followup and offers to help as needed so it's been a very good buying experience.

Camera de bonne qualité pour VR
Reviewed in Canada on June 9, 2023
great quality for the price

Great value and works really well

Good quality camera system, easy to fit and the best image quality of any reverse camera I’ve fitted so far. Fitted to a tractor and trailer, even with a 20metre cable image quality is excellent and more than adequate to see what’s behind you.
Two camera inputs are available with a trigger wire that can be connected to automatically switch input when vehicle put into reverse.
All connectors feel well made and sturdy, both camera and screen appear to be reasonably well made, the camera bracket is very strong and durable. The weak point is the plastic bracket that holds the monitor and just sticks to the dash with adhesive. This is the only monitor fixing method supplied.
I didn’t use this and ground down the heads of a couple of bolts to fit in the track on the back of the monitor and bolted on a RAM mount ball and then used their fixings to hold it securely to the cab.
Great kit, the supplied monitor bracket may be strong enough for your needs but a simple stronger fixing can easily be made up, definitely recommended.

Important information
Three mounting methods to install the monitor, mount to the windscreen by using a suction bracket, or install it on the dash board by using Butterfly-shaped bracket or U-shaped bracket.
With 18 infra-red lights, the backup camera will be able to see up to 50ft even in complete darkness! This night vision will be even without any ambient light at all.
With an ultra wide 130°viewing angle, the backup camera will provide a complete view from behind your vehicle. This ensures complete safety with no blind spots.
The auto dimming feature automatically dims the monitor brightness based on ambient light. This means a super bright display during the day and a dimmer one at night.
