Installed the WiFi Outdoor Omni Antenna Gain 12dB 2.4Ghz Roof Mount Wireless Network Extender/Repeater for a Food Bank on the Drive-up side to allow tablet work with clients on far side of metal building. Used TP-Link Wireless N300 2T2R Access Point and Ultra Low Loss Coax Cable 25ft, Ancable N Type Male Connector to RP-SMA Female Pigtail Cable, and a 100ft POE from modem to repeater (repeater included POE hardware).

There is no adapter for this extender. Tavulco was of no help.

Works great!

I did a SWR test on the antenna, it it was very good. 4 stars only because I've not had it outside yet, look to others to see how it performed w/r/t/ weathering over time. VSWR over the WiFi band ranged from 1.01 to 1.07 which is really, really good. Don't be distracted by the graph's logarithmic scale, the measurements at the bottom for both VSWR and Reflection Coefficient are what matter.
For the geeks in the crowd, here's the sweep.

Was able to get this up pretty easily. Was able to double the speed I was getting which wasn't much in the first place. So far it is working well and I don't think it will grab the wind like our last directional unit did.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. They make this look so simple to install. Trust me people, I’m a very tech savvy person and even I couldn’t figure out how to make this one work. Don’t bother!

What’s a good cable to go along with this? I’m setting it up outside.
