These cameras are great I have them on a F450 hauling trailers the cameras are still no shaking on the screen.

I use This for my dump truck one in the front and one in the back right behind the hitch so when I hook up trailer I can back right into it and it records to what more can you ask for for the price if I can get a year out of it I'm satisfied

Not 1080p as described. I contacted the seller and they stated the monitor is 1080p but they only record in 720p. You can tell they are not 1080p by how grainy the video is and the file size of a 3min video. I contacted Amazon and they agreed with me after the saw the sellers communication with me. Their own statement proved these are not 1080p.

All of the components are very good quality. The cables screw together instead of just plugging in so they won't accidentally be disconnected. I like that it is designed to be hardwired to the vehicle. The cameras are much larger than typical dashcam rear facing cameras, so it takes a little planning to figure out where to mount them
It would be nice if the remote came with a battery but that's a minor detail.

This was a great choice for a rear camera on our 40 ft motorhome. The picture is clear, nightvision is good as long as it isn't raining. When it is raining the infrared reflects off the water but this is an issue with every camera I have used. Overall, easy to setup and works fine.

Not only good for campers, it can be installed on drag along trailers or like my friend did with this in her older model Jeep. I gave it to her as a gift and she is so excited and happy to have this assist her in her backing up, etc.

The manual is not bad but I couldn't (didn't want to) follow it precisely.

Once everything is on, if there is a red dot flashing, that means it's in DVR mode. Basically, the menu functions are locked out when in DVR mode. Press the Select (SEL) button to stop DVR. Then, you can access the menu options by pressing the Menu button. You can still access the Channel selection button (CH-) while in DVR. It'll just cycle through your cameras and split screen.

There are only two options for the length of the video clips. One minute or three minutes. For sake of quick reviewing recorded videos, maybe 1 minute is best. That's something you should probably test out with non-important incidents on the road. That way when something important does happen, the setting is already set and you know what to expect.

The quality of the video is not bad and is what you'd expect for 1080 on a automotive camera. I haven't viewed on the computer but reviewing on the monitor, in daylight, was clear enough. Under the Playback menu, newest videos are shown first, going to the oldest.

Navigation of the menus items was off at first for me. The plus is on the left and the minus is on the right. That's opposite of what I'd expect so when I pressed one button, it did the opposite. I don't know if you get used to it but you figure it out because it obviously goes the wrong direction.

The remote... I couldn't test it because it didn't come with a battery. It uses a CR2025... I don't know if a 2032 would fit but I've put a wrong button cell in a device before and regretted it later. And I only have 2 different buttons cells on hand. Neither are a CR2025.

The trigger wire, for backup camera mode, flips the view quickly. Mirror mode works but is labeled backwards in my opinion. You figure it out. It comes with a 32GB micro SD, I would suggest getting a 128GB SanDisk High Endurance--If you're going to use the DVR mode.

Cameras are big/bulky with bulky brackets and I wish there were more options. Everything is wired up with DIN plugs and made as weatherproof as possible. I'm sure the cameras are standard and you could splice in sleeker cameras... But I'll test that out once I get some DIN plugs that match.

All in all, I like this thing. Quirky as it is. I'll try this out for awhile. Test it out. Then test out some sleeker cameras. If all goes well, I like the idea of a 4 channel DVR system. That would be nice. I can update here any custom camera tests if I see the need.
