Yeah, it's not bad. pretty easy to set up, good clarity. we have a 23' Class C and it's connecting great.

The camera stays charged forever, the magnet base is a must for me it's a shame they don't include it. Picture quality isn't very good by 2023 standards, the response is slow. Our trailer is 28' long so that might play a role. Ease of "install" and no wiring makes this a slam dunk for me, I leave the camera on the trailer 24/7 and just plug the monitor in and set it on the center console when I need to see behind the trailer. One of the best accessories I have bought for our big enclosed trailer.

This camera is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great, clear picture as well as superior night vision. The installation process was quite simple and my wireless camera automatically paired-up with the monitor when I powered up the monitor. I have a fiberglass shelled travel trailer that I really did NOT want to drill holes in. So, I found a place on the rear of the trailer that is permanent but NOT actually a part of the shell to mount the camera. I also chose NOT to permanently mount the solar panel to the trailer. When needed, I just set the solar panel on the rear bumper of the trailer and plug it in to the camera. I disconnect it and stow it away when travelling. The only installation issue I encountered was with the knob that secures the monitor to the mounting bracket on my dash. The supplied knob was the incorrect size to fit the imbedded female threads in the back of the monitor. This was a minor issue but an important one. So I contacted customer service about the issue and Kaya immediately offered help and sent a new knob to me. The customer service with this company is FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, the replacement knob was identical to the one that was supplied with my order. I opted to just make a quick trip to my local hardware store and I was able to find a thumb screw that worked. What I discovered was that the female threaded connection on the back of the monitor is 5mm x 0.8 (Metric) whereas the knob that was supplied with my order is 1/4"-20 (Imperial). Both the diameter was different and the thread count was different. I purchased small thumb screw that was 5mm x 0.8 along with a flat washer and it works just fine. The length of the threaded portion is about 5/8" (16mm) or possibly 3/4" (19 mm). I really don't remember and, since it is already installed, I really don't want to take it apart again to measure it. That doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't protrude too deeply into the monitor where it might interfere with something inside. This was just a quick-fix for me and it works. I'm sure a person can find "prettier" knobs that do the same thing. I have attached a few pictures that show what I have done. I am very happy with this product and, especially, the customer service.

 Ordered this Camera system back in March 2023. Charged the camera till battery was completely full (before installing it on my travel trailer) for testing but it did not keep the charge for more than a few hours. Contacted the manufacturer directly and had a great experience with Kaya from their customer support team. Extremely responsive and within 2 wks I had a replacement camera which worked just fine. I added both now and decided to hard wire them so both are constantly charged. Quality is extremely good and I have no issues with the signal (RAM 1500 + 22ft travel trailer) going 65mls an hour on the highway. This is a great add on and helps backing in to camp sites and my driveway with ease. It also helps while driving as I have a great overview what is going on behing me. Super happy with this product.

Update October 2023: I tried charging the camera and it would not take a charge. I contacted customer service and once again they quickly responded and resolved the the issue. A replacement camera was shipped and everything is working great again. Too bad all companies don't have this high level of customer service.

I purchased this camera for use on an enclosed trailer and on a cargo carrier that I use on my truck. The ability to transfer it from vehicle to vehicle was the primary reason I purchased this particular camera.

Items carried on the carrier block the factory rear camera making it useless so this camera would solve that issue.

Shortly after purchasing it the company contacted me asking if the camera was working as expected and telling me if I experienced any issues to contact them and they would work to resolve it. Very good customer support.

I have used the camera now several times and it has worked great. It provides a clear picture and when needed starts up very quickly. It makes backing up safely much easier providing a wide viewing area. The convenience of being able to place the camera where I need it makes this camera a great choice.

I did experience one issue with the camera. The small antenna that mounts on the camera was too loose to allow it to stay in position. It would hang straight down loosely on the camera. The system still worked fine but it was obvious something was wrong. I contacted customer support and they asked me to send them pictures of the antenna. They responded very quickly to all my messages. They said they would send out a replacement to me to correct the issue.

The customer support from this company is top notch. They truly do want customers to be satisfied with their products and work to ensure that happens.

I am very satisfied with the product and the support they provide. Definitely would purchase from them again.
