Extremely happy with my purchase of the Rohent Backup camera. At first when I opened the box I was concerned that the screen might be too small. But after setting the system up and testing it, I realized it is the perfect size for an addon backup camera. The small screen provides a very clear image out the back of the car, yet is easy to place on the dash without obstructing the view out the front windshield. It was very easy to run the video cable hidden under the side floor panels to the front of the car. The instructions for setup are quite clear. My wife and I are seniors and our necks are no longer flexible. The Rohent backup cameras have solved a major safety issue, when backing up our cars. If you are considering the purchase of a backup camera, Rohent is the way to go. Great quality, easy to setup and inexpensive. We are soon going to place the Rohent system in my sons car, Rohent provided the system
for free.

 If you’re looking for a front camera for your truck for parking observation or secondary vision, then this camera is it. I used this camera for my 19’ Ram 1500 Sport (Gen 5) front bumper to see better when parking closer to other vehicles or walls. It comes with everything you need and very simple to install (took about 30 mins).
-I sawed down the license frame the camera came mounted on and zipped tied it to my lower front grill, I cut the white cable so it would invert the camera to “front facing mode”, ran the cables through the engine bay and inserted the cables into the cabin through the grommet next to the brake pedal to finish connecting it.
-It has 7 white LED lights on the camera and one IR sensor to power on the LED lights if it’s too dark. (If you don’t like the white LED lights, cut the green cable to disable it).
-I recommend buying a dual cigarette charging port (12/24v) if you’re running a dash cam too.
-Easy to turn on/off manually with the red power button.
-Screen modes: You can modify the parking lines (Height, width & vertical), remove the lines, adjust the brightness/ contrast / Hue of the screen, zoom in or out and reset it.

-CON: Only negative thing is I wish the screen it came with was better quality as it looks to be 720p, a bit fuzzy without light but still good.

Overall, the camera does its job and definitely worth it for the price if you’re looking for an alternative back up/ parking camera. See my video and pictures for justification.

Really nice camera and monitor, can't beat it for the price. I was able to turn the monitor's mounting pedestal 180 degrees and hang it from the roof of the hole between the power outlets on my 4Runner's console. Also, the back of the monitor is flat, which makes it easier to mount it with velcro or double-stick tape as an option. The infrared LED's on the camera work great at illuminating what's behind you, and the picture quality is good. The camera's field of view (FOV) measures 70 degrees horizontal, 56 vertical, and 90 diagonal, not 135 degrees as stated. This may be fine, depending upon personal preference. My other backup camera (Natika) has a true 170 FOV, and it makes things that are just 12 inches from my bumper look like they're 6 feet away. The FOV on the DohonesBest camera makes it easy to judge distance, I just wish the view was a little bit wider. I wired the camera and monitor to be on while driving, with the camera mounted to the back of my cargo trailer. The only cons are that the monitor is a bit bright when night driving, and monitor settings such as brightness and contrast are reset back to defaults when powered off. I'm thinking of either hacking the monitor's backlight and adding a manual brightness control, or making a flap from some window tinting film to darken the display at night. It's still a nice kit for the price, and I'd recommend it.

For the money this is a great camera, the only thing about the install is you either have wires on the interior of your car with no good way to secure them or you have to be able to run the wires with some mechanical knowledge. Still, works perfect, is plug and play. Watch backing up as the space to your right and left may be closer than appears on screen. I use in addition to mirrors, not in place of.

Easy to install. Installed in just a few minutes. Image is clear and mounts easily to license plate screws. Great for the older vehicles before all this technology.

This is a great back up camera. I drive a 2013 Camaro which has terrible visibility back and behind. I hooked this camera up by myself and it works wonderful. It has a great picture. I have also washed my car several times since I installed it and it still works great. This was definitely a good purchase especially for the price

It is good for the money. Screen is small but it works well. Plug and play. But the free accessories deal is a joke. It's send me this, send me that.
