Bought a $15.00 camera off eBay and it sucked, unable to position in right location. For $20 more dollars this camera did exactly what I wanted along with more options and mounting hardware. Picture quality is very good. Hopefully it will last past warranty

Properly wired and voltages good. Directions are not great. Especially considering that they mention a black wire is the ground but there was no black wire. There was a black wire with a red stripe. Also the red wire has four different possible connections but it doesn’t describe what each one would do. I had another backup camera that worked fine, but this one never had a picture even when checked in all possible video ports such as the front camera and VGA ports. I even used a different power source and display.

I was really hoping this would work as a plug and play replacement for my other 4 pin backup camera but it doesn't. It must use a different format or something. I'm not sure if I'll use it since it'll require me having to rewire the video line all the way up to the head unit, which I have already gone through great lengths to avoid. I may try messing with it a bit more jump some of the wire to see if they work in a different order. It would be really nice to have an adjustable camera back there.

Built-in Rotating Metal Camera Body---Unlike old-fashioned car cameras which can only adjust the viewing angle by adding gaskets, you can rotate GreenYi pickup rear camera’s lens part to find a best viewing angle with the help of the mini wrench, never need to worry about too high or too low image shown on the monitor. Mini design, solid shinning metal housing, shockproof, longer service life.
Rearview Camera with Three Switcher Cables---Cut white cable to switch mirror image(rear view) to non-mirror image(front view). Cut orange cable to switch CVBS video signal to AHD video signal, if your monitor supports AHD 720P 30HZ(NTSC) video settings, you can try it. Cut green cable to turn off the guide line. Please reconnect power supply after cutting any cable, you can also connect it back after cutting the cable if needed.
Versatile Vehicle Front / Rear / Side View Camera---You can install the rv blind spot camera at any position you want with vertical(upside down) or horizontal mounting as the camera body is 360-degree-rotatable and there is an extra silicone shell for you if you don’t want to drill a big hole: front bumper/grille, rear deck lid/rear top/trunk handle/fender/5th wheel/tailgate, below the side mirror or on the car body, etc.
