Have not installed just yet, need to do some work on the trailer first. I need the extra wire that is on the way. I would like better instructions as I don't know what to do with the green wire. I don't need a back up camera, just something to monitor the livestock in the trailer. I am going to install today and will update later.

The unit works well and has excellent picture quality. However, I am unable to use it for the intended purpose because I waited three months (and paid ALLOT of money) for a fiberglass pickup truck topper to be made and the order didn't go as expected. The truck topper was "supposed to be" solid all around with the "only" glass window at the cab side of the topper. The rear door was also to be made solid (no glass) and this unit was to be my electronic rear-view mirror & facilitate backing up to my cargo trailer. The secondary camera was to be mounted to the cargo trailer it extend my rear-view mirror behind the cargo trailer & facilitate backing it up at night since the trailer does not have back-up lights.

Since the truck topper has paper thin tinted tempered glass door, there is no way to drill holes in that thin of glass without having it shatter into a million pieces. I cannot use the IR LED camera behind the tinted glass either as the IR LED's will reflect off of the glass door hindering the view. And being it is a brand-new fiberglass topper; I am not about to punch of bunch of holes into the shell.

But the product works very well!!

I use the cameras on my JD 4044. I mainly wanted it, to see what is going on with the PTO implements but I also had the second camera wired to monitor the bucked up front. The rear camera is now ceasing to work about 2 min after I turn the system on. When I turn the system off and then back on it comes back. I assume the fairly long cable is the issue, I think the system is right at the borderline for the transmission. The mount is pretty flimsy (I had to change one of the supplied sheet metal screws with a machine screw) and in bright sunlight, you do need the (flimsy) shade installed.

The dual camera is great on my truck. One camera to see the load on the bed and a second for backing upto hitch trailers.

The quality of the cameras is very good and was easy to setup!

As soon as it started to get cold outside the cameras started to lose signal, now one works some time and second camera stopped working completely, I checked all connections and and follow all the troubleshooting instructions and still same issue,
