But overall it was easy for him to navigate and work on and use and it is good thing for trucks you can enter the measurements and it helps you out with areas that you cannot go through

I bought this GPS a few days ago. It only comes with pre-loaded maps of North America. It promises that one can download other world maps. Well, I was spending hours trying to download maps for Europe. No results. I followed the instructions to the "t". I contacted the seller and they sent me a copy of the same instructions. Still the Europe maps couldn't be downloaded. I contacted the seller again for further clarifications - radio silence. Horrible customer service. If you have nothing to do and want to spend hours trying to download additional maps then this is the product for you. By the way, the cardboard box looks nice so if you are a box collector you are welcome to spend your money on this product. Otherwise, stay away!

Even Google Map is very powerful, but I still need a good GSP for travel in remote area, which the wireless signal is bad or even no signal.

Glad to choice this one for my Utah - Yellowstone - Montana trip. It's very accurate and user friendly.

I could also update the Map online. And it could also be used in Canada.

With this GSP, I felt more comfortable to explore the Western. I will keep use it in my next road trips.

This is a nice product overall. Received it and powered it up in the car. The screen size is nice. I actually wanted it for our upcoming UK trip. These maps arent loaded. When I finally reached Tech support, this is how they say to do it:
'First you need to go to the website to download the map, which requires about 6G storage space, and then use the USB cable to connect the machine to the computer, enter the storage folder of the machine, delete all the files in it, and then decompress the downloaded map file and put it in the Just in the folder. Be sure to unzip it first and put it in a folder. Finally, set the navigation path and find the NAVI.EXE file. thank you for your support!'
I am not tech savvy so going to return it and find one that is easier to use. i am sure it works great for USA maps, but trying to do the above is a waste of my time.
UPDATE: They were very responsive with my enquiry and gave me a full refund right away. Very nice vendor to deal with. Like I mentioned, this is great for US maps and the screen is amazing.

Great size, great colors, easy to see but I cannot reproduce the same picture they use to advertise this unit.
I want Speed Limit, car speed and route to destination but can find no way to change my display so it matches the picture that they use to advertise this unit. I will be returning it and get another small one poor quality but has the info on the screen that I want. Wish I could, no reply from company !! john
They did respond after a few days but I still do not have a solution for my problem.
