Tried 2 other products and they were incompatible with 5G. This one works well. 23 ft RV + 8 ft truck bed.

I have a 2 door jeep and a 13′ RV trailer so can’t be more than 25″ distance. The unit connects to the phone and works well when NOT moving. However once picking up speed, the picture gets jerky until the signal is lost at around 50mph. Working with support, the issue is with my iPhone XR. The signal from the camera to the phone is good at any speed. On the phone, when in Airplane Mode, Bluetooth turned off, and not running any other apps like Waze or Pandora – the camera works great. It was time to upgrade the phone to a iPhone 13 anyway. The 13 has a better processor.
EDIT: New phone did not work with this camera also.

RV install and wifi network generation works-but JoyTrip app does not connect after months of effort using iPhone and iPad despite network selection by both devices and antenna placement adjustments

FIRST UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE. It wouldn’t power up. I returned it and decided to give the company another try. Glad I did as the 2nd unit works great! Easy setup and in no time I was hooking up my gooseneck trailer much faster and easier. No more getting in and out of the truck several times to see if I was lined up and over the ball. It’s works well in the Texas heat, pitch-black (both with and without bed-lights), rain, and the snow. Pics attached. If it stops working anytime soon I will post an update. I can’t imagine why it would as it seems well built.

It does the job but I would have liked a little better quality. I pull a house boat with my truck and have a really hard time seeing behind me so this camera is a life saver. The picture and installation are not what I would call hi def

As individual items in the package, everything is great.

But somewhere along the way, and change was made in the camera case, antenna, or mounting bracket. And they don’t get along.

As long as you are setting it up for a decent down angle from the bracket you are good. But the antenna sticks out too far out the back when on the camera body to allow the camera to be aimed anywhere near horizontal. I used a leftover bracket from another dead camera to solve my problem, but it”s buyer beware.

Signal did not reach to my dashboard. My trailer is shorter than what they say is max.

Wifi connection is problematic have to log in and set up every time.
At home my home wifi kicked it off as it has stronger connection. I found myself messing with it more than worrying about my trailer.
Return was hassle free though.
I even tried the one with two antenna and That didn’t help

I bought it for use on my cargo trailer. Works perfectly and I use my iPad for bigger picture. The first one worked after installing but a couples months later when I went to use it would not show picture. Contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement one out right away. Installed and works perfectly.
