Great picture quality. Installed this on my gator and it works great. Installation was easy except for fishing 40 feet of wire. It was for a gator which is only 9 feet long. Can't beat for the price. Monitor is huge makes my 2014 F150 screen look tiny.

I ordered this for a customer to replace a really old camera system ( 5inch tube style b/w ) install was easy and customer loved it, the camera view can be rotated in the menu for different mounting points, pretty decent picture. My only complaint is the screen is pretty bright even cutting back on brightness…other than that totally worth it. I didn’t get a chance to test night vision but it should be fine

Installed on our 1991 Coachman Motorhome. Worked pretty well. I hard wired it so it’s on all the time (unless I turn it off with the power button on the screen). It’s nice to have the option to see what’s directly behind you while driving on the highway. Only thing that would be nicer is if the screen was a little sharper. Says 1080p but it looks much more like 720p.

We put this on a heavy duty truck that we haul a limb grinder with and have to dump large loads of tree trimmings in precarious locations (ravines). This backup camera is great and we are much safer with it.

The camera works okay for the price. Quality is not as good as some more expensive cameras but it gets the job done. I should have bought a higher quality unit though.
Decent [backup] camera, reasonably clear video, easy to setup, works as a supplementary security cam
Reviewed in Canada on October 25, 2022
First thing first, this is not be used in the traditional way as a vehicle backup camera; it's be setup as a real-time security camera to supplement existing setup elsewhere around the house so I can't really comment on how this will perform as backup camera for RV or other vehicles. With that being said, however it's being used doesn't necessarily change the video quality and other aspects of the system which is what my review will be based on.
≡ Physical build
The physical build quality appears decent for the most part; the screen has the plastic casing as expected but the camera has metal frames and the entire camera seems well-built and sturdy. It comes with everything needed to setup in a vehicle or in my case as a supplementary real-time security camera. It also comes with a visor and mounting brackets which is off little use for me but they are definitely useful to be used in a car.
It can be powered by directly hooking it up to the car or via the usual cigarette socket; though, it will not be automatically triggered (when reversing) if it's connected the cigarette socket and requires user intervention to turn it on/off. The green wire should be connected to the positive end of the reversing lamp.
≡ Setup
The setup is pretty straightforward as any other similar camera system; just connect 'em using the supplied 4-pin cable which in turn connects to the power source (i.e. cigarette socket).
In my case, it's powered by 12V cigarette socket connected to standard power outlet and you can find the adapter here. Make sure it can supply at least 2A (i.e. 24W); slightly more is better though.
The screen allows for 2 channels (i.e. 2 cameras) and can be switched between 'em via the CH button (pic 11). The screen has some basic options such as adjusting the brightness and saturation etc which I won't going into details; again, just standard stuff.
≡ Camera/video quality
The camera itself is rated at 1080p; however, the screen/display is only rated 1024 x 600 which is significantly lower in quality comparing to the camera but it's sufficiently clear for the purpose. In fact, the quality of the video (from the monitor) is noticeably BETTER than MOST Wi-Fi security cameras found here particularly anything under $80-$100 range which I've come across dozens of at this point.
Again, this is used as a supplement to the exiting setup because it's real-time and the video quality is fairly decent given the circumstances. There is very little (if any) lags partially because it's wired and the 2 devices (cam and display) is directly connected without anything in between (no local network/Internet of any sorts that guarantees 'security and privacy'). Of course, it doesn't have the ability to RECORD and that's partially why it's supplementary.
It comes with 15m (~45 ft) cable and if you need something longer, just search for ' aviation extension cable' and you should find some. The longest I've seen after a VERY quick search is about 20m (60 ft). I also included some close-up pictures of the connectors (male/female) so you can get a sense of what they look like (pic 7/10).
≡ Value
All things considered, this is a decent camera system that's reasonably well-built and works as expected for my needs. It's reasonably priced at $95 for what it provides. It'd be great if it has video output, perhaps via one of the standard video connectors would make this that much more versatile in what it can do.

💪 small TIP : I jadjust Blind spot angle, so that items and objects in the back and be seen clearly bedient duke long time to install because I read them on what couple of times and watch some videos beard not complicated but time-consuming. When in, then it has to backup Lines direct, if only done it on while driving no guidance as such
🧐 no video output. sometime .5 sec lag. If that didn't come out would not I'm on automatically when backing up.
🤪 good v quality for the price. Long cable. 1080P is not movie quantity but in that range off most Wi-Fi security cameras, sufficiently clear. Real-time video is good, so is that according clearly distinct , two options to plug car socket , mine are wired to lights which is what I prefer as it then comes on when I backup the car. Art functions on the remote for working for brightness contrast etc.. I would be adding a second camera. Best is the camera cord is long and can accommodate long vehicles, like SUV's or Pick up trucks- 26 ft++.
I ❤ to share my trials. Hope this helps ✌
Sturdy, Easy to Use With Good Image Quality

The XIGETRAIL Backup Camera System is sturdy, easy to use with good image quality. It comes securely packed in a nice box. This is a backup camera that works relatively well on larger vehicles like semi-trailer trucks where visibility is important. The system is easy to install and comes with a 49.2-foot-long cable. The camera seems very sturdy and is waterproof.
Once installed the screen is large and excellent, and the footage quality is good too. The camera has a wide angle and it has a bright and clear image. The 7" monitor is pretty large so it's easy to see a good amount of detail. The navigation menus are easy to use and initiative. Overall, this is a sturdy and reliable backup camera with good image quality. Full marks from me!

First off, let me say I reached out to the seller, because I had a couple of questions and they replied to me the very same day and helped me out. So, I also give the seller 5 stars for customer service. This is a well-built backup camera with 7-inch colour monitor. The camera is a little bigger than I expected, but it works well. You have the option of plugging this system into car 12-volt socket or wiring it directly to the backup lights, so it automatically comes on when you back up. The remote works well and gives you adjustment options like, brightness, contrast, tint, add or delete different types of guidelines. One reviewer stated he uses it as a security camera which is genius, no cell phone needed, and it has the capability to add a second camera. The picture quality is quite good being 1080 HD. Overall, a well-priced back/up camera or any type of camera for that matter with a 7-inch colour monitor, that should last the test of time. I hope this helps in your decision making.
