I bought this to use as a rear view camera on an E-bike. The camera works great (though not a super clear image it is totally fine for rear facing camera) and the installation was a breeze other than Apple’s stupid message to Double click to install instead of telling you that you need to double click the button on the side of the phone. I just tried the camera in my front yard on a rainy night in low light and the image, displayed on my Iphone is fine for this usage.

Great product now if the guys/gals from Yeoizo would get a job at Apple and straighten them out it would be a totally painless install.

This product worked well for a very short time, then became intermittent, and soon would not work at all. It seems to be very poor quality, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. Spend a little more money and get better quality. This item is a waste of your time and money.

My biggest gripe with this rear camera, is the fact that the phone MUST utilize the device’s built-in Wi-Fi. Which is pointless considering that you typically lose network connectivity on your phone or a friend’s phone. So it’s either wait a bit and pray your cellphone connectivity is regained while you’re driving or you won’t be able to have your mobile phone GPS and the Rear Camera running at the same time.

Easy installation on license plate bracket. The ‘JoyTrip’ app on my iPhone works perfectly. Remarkable resolution too.

my older car doesn’t have a backup camera so i bought this. i have no idea how to install this into the license plate light or the backup lights, so i just wired it through my car and plugged it in. this works really well i haven’t had any issues, just a slower connection when trying to connect to the camera wifi. my cord did snap from extended use, other than that i haven’t had any problems
edit: cord broke and seller couldn’t give me a replacement

This thing is awesome! Easily mounted in the back of the truck under the tow hitch. Hooked up to ACC power, this way the camera is on anytime the key is turned in the ignition. In the meantime the WiFi connects, ready for viewing as soon as I open the app. The wifi feed that shows up as the moving image on the app is acceptable. Probably not 4K or anything of the sort, but more than adequate to see what’s behind you. Would highly recommend..

I tested the camera and it has power but it will connect via Bluetooth. I’m an idiot it connects via WiFi

I bought this “WiFi” camera under the understanding that it was cordless with the option to wire it to a power source. Unfortunately that is not true. The WiFi only works if the camera is attached to a power source. I’m trying to avoid putting holes in my car to attach the camera. So don’t buy unless you’re hardwiring this device.
