    Pays for itself in one collision The video works great, but I’m having issues with the sound cutting in and out. To Rexing’s credit, they are sending a replacement. I’ll update once I’ve tested it. Installation was easy and it captured this collision yesterday. Having proof more than pays for the camera as the other guy will cover the deductible and our costs.     Rexing dash cam review. I’ve had this now for a few weeks and overall, I do like it.Things I like:1) 1080p forward facing camera. This really looks good when reviewing the video on a computer monitor. It’s easy to see detail.2) Rear camera which mounts in the back window. This does take some additional installation but it’s worth it.     * First unit didn’t last 6 months* Replacement free of charge Bought this back in March, worked just fine for several months now its September and the unit will not charge or retain time and date settings. I thought at the very least it would record with wrong information but no i check the last recorded video and it was a month old. I have even tried bringing the unit inside without the other camera attached to it. I just expected it to last more than 6 months is all.
