Whistler CR65 Laser Radar Detector: 360 Degree Protection and Tone Alerts

The Whistler CR65 radar detector provides total band protection against all radar guns used today – including X-band, K-band, Superwide Ka-band and laser. Total laser detection identifies Laser Atlanta Stealth mode, Laser Ally, and the new LTI Truspeed S. It delivers 360 degrees of complete perimeter protection, detecting signals from the front, sides, and rear. The digital icon display and signal strength indicator will let you know how close to the signal source you are while the POP Mode has advanced speed detection capability that responds to brief bursts of radar. The CR65 also offers Traffic Flow Signal Rejection (TFSR) technology to help eliminate false alerts from radar based traffic monitoring systems. This detector has other features such as setting saver, dim/dark mode, 3 city modes, alert priority, vehicle battery saver, and VG-2 detection. Measures 4.46″ L x 2.83″ W x 1.26″ H, and includes the radar detector, a 12V power cord, windshield bracket kit, a user guide, and a limited 1 year manufacturer warranty.

    Great detector I pushed it to the limit? Got reassigned from nc to Alaska and had to drive one of my two cars myself to get there, it was brutal but here is how it worked.my configs: all bands on KA set to maxid, tfsr on, no pop. I traveled at a minimum 10 over max 20 overNC- nothingVA- cops everywhere thing picked every single one of them around corners and hills, had to set it on the dash cause its illegal there much harder to see and it still worked well.WV- nothing meaning didn’t see copsOhio-…

    Great Radar Detector for the Budget Minded So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. It seems to sniff out the police radar traps, and is fully customizable, for the various departments you are looking out for.I did have to set a filter on the X and K bands, as my expressway drive to work seemed to feature quite a few false alarms. You can customize each band as well, so you can run with no filters on the bands you don’t want to mess with, but tighten up the false alarms if you want.Plenty loud enough, lots…
